Recurring Payment Authorization

I authorize Gibson Farms to automatically charge my credit card listed above for the amount due on a

recurring basis. I understand that:

• A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to each transaction

• Charges will occur automatically based on agreed billing intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly)

• This authorization will remain in effect until I provide written notice of cancellation

• I will ensure funds are available and the card remains valid

Authorization Agreement

By signing below, I authorize Gibson Farms to charge my credit card for recurring payments as described above. I agree to pay the total amount, including the 3% processing fee, and will not dispute these

scheduled transactions with my credit card company, so long as the charges are consistent with this authorization.
